A legacy of purpose
The gifts we leave behind are personal expressions of our hopes for a healthier, fairer and sustainable future. We choose our causes based on shared values and the wholehearted knowledge that they will create positive impact on our behalf, today and for many years to come.
We are proud to have inspired that trust in our community of legacy supporters at UCL. Whether you have chosen us to advance knowledge around the scientific challenges of our age; to redress inequalities and division in our communities; or to nurture the brightest minds in the earliest stages of their academic careers, we will continue to work tirelessly to realise your vision.
In 2026, we mark our bicentenary: 200 years since UCL was founded upon philanthropy. Since then, those far-sighted donors who have left gifts in their wills have been ever-present contributors not only to our institutional story but to all that our community has achieved in the world.
You represent the continuation of that incredible tradition. Together, we now stand on the cusp of another two centuries of impact.
Thank you.
